OUR SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY

We adhere to the rules established by the Labor Code, which include the prevention of illegal labor, the fight against undeclared work, and the regulation of the employment of foreigners in irregular situations. Additionally, we support the freedom of association and recognize the right to collective bargaining.

We condemn all forms of forced or compulsory labor, as well as child labor, and are committed to eliminating all forms of discrimination in employment and profession. We are dedicated to respecting international standards concerning human rights.

Furthermore, we meet our obligation to employ disabled workers by paying the contribution outlined in Article L. 323-8-2 of the Labor Code. As a responsible company, we are determined to promote and respect the diversity of our employees, who represent our greatest asset.

OUR ETHICAL RESPONSIBILITY

We adopt ethical practices both commercially and behaviorally as one of our core values. These practices apply to all of our employees, clients and prospects, suppliers, and naturally to the various players in the event industry, such as venues and reception spaces.

These practices are embodied through:

• Fair and healthy competition, particularly in terms of pricing policy, while respecting our image and positioning.

• A commitment to establishing long-term relationships with all our clients.

• Actions against corruption in all its forms, including extortion and bribery.

• Confidentiality of sensitive information that may be shared with us by our clients or third parties.

• Respect for security and logistical constraints imposed by venues, including pre-event technical recon, to ensure the smooth running of the event and the safety of teams and clients.

We comply with GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), which is European legislation aimed at protecting the rights and personal data of EU citizens. Within our company, we apply this rule to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the personal data of our clients, employees, and business partners.

In practice, this means we take measures to ensure the security of the personal data we process, implementing IT security protocols, raising employee awareness about data protection, training individuals who handle personal data, and regularly assessing our security measures.

We also inform our clients and business partners about how we use and store their personal data, providing them with clear and transparent information regarding their rights and choices in terms of data protection.

By applying GDPR, we aim to ensure the trust of our clients and business partners in our ability to handle their personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable regulations.

OUR ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

Our company is committed to minimizing its environmental impact and actively takes steps to combat food waste. We place great importance on waste recovery and sustainability. In our production laboratory, we use a wastewater filtration system and collaborate with Quatra, a company that collects and recycles our oils.

We have implemented a selective waste sorting system, deposit some of our glass bottles, and entrust remaining waste to our partners for recycling. Additionally, we have introduced food waste sorting in partnership with “Les Alchimistes” to transform it into compost or biomethane.

This compost is then used to nourish urban farms we work with, such as “Wesh Grow,” which provides us with microgreens grown less than 2 km from our laboratory.

Furthermore, all our employees are involved in sorting paper, ink cartridges, light bulbs, printer toners, and used batteries for recycling.

We have also implemented measures to consciously reduce water and energy usage. These measures include automatic controls in the production laboratory, regulating heating in the office, using automatic lighting in staff lockers, and systematically turning off lights in offices and common areas during lunch hours. We conduct an annual inspection of all installations to prevent any leaks or waste.

By optimizing the routes and load of our vehicles, we reduce travel distances and ensure we use the appropriate number of trucks, significantly reducing CO2 emissions. This optimization is carried out through a carefully planned approach that considers geographic areas, delivery time slots, and conditions that may require additional drivers or trucks.

Additionally, all our trucks are leased long-term, allowing us to control and maintain them regularly. We have a fleet of four refrigerated trucks that meet Euro 5 and Euro 6 standards. Lastly, we use AdBlue® technology, which transforms 85% of pollutants (nitrogen oxides, fine particles) into water vapor and harmless nitrogen.

We are committed to promoting short supply chains by seeking partnerships with suppliers located in the Île-de-France region and within a 150-kilometer radius. We also sell Fairtrade certified coffee and organic products, including a selection of wines and ingredients. We encourage the use of reusable tableware and glassware. When that’s not possible, we opt for eco-responsible disposable materials or those from sustainable sources. Additionally, we favor reducing plastic packaging in favor of recyclable and reusable materials.

We apply the just-in-time principle to avoid waste of raw materials and improve stock management. All our employees are trained in sustainable practices and are capable of offering you a range of seasonal products that meet your needs, including vegetarian, vegan, and organic options.

Lastly, we include a solution for collecting uneaten food in our quotes for services exceeding a specified volume.
